Rebecca has practiced law since 2001, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, private equity, and capital markets. For the past eight years, Rebecca has provided legal counsel for Piper Jaffray's Public Finance municipal underwriting and fixed income sales and secondary trading, commercial lending, private placements, derivatives, swap and other derivatives advising, GIC bidding and other auctioned products for the investment of bond proceeds. Previous positions include Associate General Counsel, RBC Capital Markets, and Associate Attorney, Dorsey & Whitney.

Jeff is a strategic, versatile, and experienced IT leader, who has led multiple facets of IT – from optimizing IT infrastructure to achieve “best in class” cost structures to developing business intelligence solutions to improve marketing decisions. Previous positions include VP for Infrastructure and Security at Target Corporation as well as Developer (e.g., business systems analyst and project leader) for Burlington Northern and St. Paul Companies.
