Mike is a principal and co-founder of KeyStone Search, with over 20 years of recruiting/search industry experience.Mike graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a B.A. in Psychology and Business Administration. He enjoys fishing, golfing, coaching youth sports and spending time with his wife and young family.He is an active member of The Executive Group, the Midwest ESOP Association, the Center for Ethical Business Cultures and the University of St. Thomas.Greening will greatly benefit from his expertise in corporate culture, talent development, and business ethics.
