New board members bring needed expertise to our board

Tom Tessman Tom is VP for Client Services, Advertiser Solutions for ACNielson (based in New York). He is an accomplished advertising executive with over 20 years of developing and leading campaigns to build brand equity. He's developed advertising for all consumer touch points, including TV, digital, social, print, radio and in-store. Previous positions have been with Utility Brand, McCann Worldgroup, and Campbell Mithun, among others. He has a MBA in Finance and Marketing from the UM and is a great outdoor enthusiast. 

Heidi Benedict 

Heidi is the Plant Director of Xcel Energy High Bridge Combined Cycle Generating Plant in St. Paul,  MN.  She has served on the advisory boards of the South Central College Foundation in North Mankato and the Environmental Advisory Committee in the City of Shakopee, and remains an active volunteer for the Meals on Wheels program. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science Business Administration degree from University of Wisconsin, a MBA with a concentration in Environmental Management from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN in 1999, and an Associate of Science degree in Electric Power Technology from Bismarck State College, North Dakota.
