Minnesota’s Pollinators Need Your Help!
Help us build healthy, resilient pollinator habitats!
Did you know that plants that depend on pollinators make up 35% of global crop production? And 90% of flowering and fruit species, like apples? Pollinators are crucial for our ecosystems, yet their habitats continue to rapidly disappear in Minnesota.
You can help us change that!
Our Work Across Minnesota
Great River Greening restores 1,500 acres of critical pollinator habitat each year, building resilient, thriving ecosystems for wildlife, plants, people, and pollinators.
Habitat restoration includes planting native wildflowers and grasses, removing invasive plants that threaten delicate ecosystems, and building diverse corridors to sustain pollinators as they migrate. In partnership with our dedicated volunteers and the communities we serve, our ecologists build and restore critical habitat - constantly evaluating our restoration efforts to ensure we are making a positive impact for Minnesota’s pollinators.
You can help make a difference!
Your support will help Great River Greening restore resilient landscapes, address biodiversity loss, and sustain healthy ecosystems for Minnesota’s pollinators.
