Becca recently hailed from Florida where she was research assistant at the Archbold Biological Station, an 8,840-acre research preserve and working cattle ranch where she carried out plant and habitat assessments, managed the hydrological engineering plans, bidding and budgets, and implemented a variety of land management activities. She has also engaged the public with educational talks and worked on numerous farm and greenhouse research projects.

Before coming to Great River Greening, Becca was a research assistant at the University of Minnesota Healthy Prairies Project.
